Guitar gear, maintenance, tuning, posture, hand position & strumming fundamentals, learning open chords, transitioning between chords
Module 2: Rhythm & Strumming Patterns
Time signatures, basic rhythm patterns & strumming techniques
Module 3: Music Theory Fundamentals, Consciousness & Neuroscience
Music theory foundations, the circle of 5ths, scales, harmonics, shaping major & minor chords, the sacred geometry of music, music of the spheres, music & the brain
Module 4: Voice Activation, Singing & Guitar Coordination
Sing and play guitar simultaneously, vocal anatomy, breath control, pitch + ear training, resonance, articulation, phrasing, dynamics, learn cover songs
Module 5: Improvisation, Songwriting & Performance
FInd flow state & create music spontaneously, without pre-written melodies or chords. Explore & express musical ideas inspired by present moment awareness, mood, atmosphere & intuition.
Together we will write a song on voice + guitar to perform for the closing circle of the course.

Hi, I'm Brooke Wolfe
I am a mother, musician of 18 years & the Founder of the Voice Activation Academy.
Music has been my greatest teacher & healer, since the age of 12. What started as a desperate attempt to make sense of what I was experiencing inside, transformed into a devotional practice that has held me tenderly through healing complex trauma, overcoming addiction, and reclaiming my own authentic voice.
My unique body of work integrates 18 years of musicianship with a decade of professional experience as a Transformational Guide, Somatic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Ceremonialist, Reiki Master Teacher & Registered Alcohol/Drug Technician.
From working in intensive mental health + addiction treatment facilities, hosting international retreats, and running online coaching programs, I have had the privilege of holding space for thousands of people over the last decade. It is my deepest honor to witness your creative evolution & liberation.
