Like many of us, I spent much of my life masking my true self to feel safe and shrinking beneath the weight of fear, shame, and complex trauma. These survival strategies quickly severed me from my creativity, core essence, safety, and truth. This disconnection manifested through asthma, chronic pain, substance abuse, and disordered eating patterns. I spent my teenage years navigating heroin and meth addiction, homelessness, and living in a constant state of suppression and survival.
Everything shifted when I began to reclaim my voice — not just as a singer, but as a co-creator of my reality. My voice became the doorway to authenticity, healing, and freedom. Through somatics, singing, storytelling, songwriting, and teaching, I've transformed a lifetime of survival programming into creative energy.
Thanks to my voice, I've supported thousands of women through my international retreats, coaching programs, and music. I run a thriving business that supports my vision for a creative & soul-led life. Most of all, I get to mother my daughter with radical presence and witness her move through the world fully expressed, empowered, and embodied.
