Why I Do This Work...
A message from Brooke
For most of my life I masked my true self to feel safe in the world, disconnecting me from my creativity & core essence. I often felt suffocated in my expression and unsafe in my body. This manifested through severe asthma, shrinking beneath the weight of fear, shame & complex trauma. My musical dreams faded as I spent my teenage years navigating drug addiction & homelessness.
Everything changed when I reclaimed my creative power—not just as a musician, but as a co-creator of my reality. My voice became the doorway to my authenticity & freedom. Through somatics, singing, story-telling, songwriting, and teaching– I transformed a lifetime of survival programming into creative energy.Â
Thanks to my voice, I have supported thousands of people through my international retreats, coaching programs & music. I am also a mother and get to run a thriving business from anywhere in the world that fully supports my family & our vision for the new earth. Â
