Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and participating in 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching programs, or any offering within the Voice Activation Academy, operated by Brooke Wolfe, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Refund Policy
   All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, inability to attend, or changes in personal circumstances.
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Clients must schedule sessions in advance at mutually agreed-upon times.
• Any request to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 72 hours in advance to allow for adjustments and potential reallocation of the session to another client.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and counted towards the purchased package.
• No-shows will also be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

3. Session Packages & Expiration

• 1:1 coaching sessions inside your Initial 3-Month Coaching Container must be used within 3 months, starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise outlined in your offer email.
• The 12-Pack of Coaching Sessions, must be used within 6 months, starting from the date of purchase.
• Access to all online course content expires within one year from the date of purchase, unless you purchased the Voice Activation Academy - Lifetime Access.
• Unused sessions or course access beyond the expiration date will not be credited, refunded, or transferred. 

4. Client Responsibility & Participation

• Clients are expected to be fully present, engaged, and responsible for their own progress and participation.
• Results will vary based on the client’s level of commitment and personal effort.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All content, exercises, materials, and session discussions are confidential and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed without explicit written consent.
• Any program materials, including videos, PDFs, exercises, and methodologies, remain the intellectual property of the creator and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.

6. Code of Conduct

• Clients agree to maintain a respectful and positive environment during sessions and in any community spaces associated with the Voice Activation Academy.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

• This program is intended for personal growth and educational purposes. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
• By participating, clients agree to release the coach/facilitator from any liability related to personal outcomes, physical or emotional reactions, or perceived results.
