By purchasing and participating in 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching programs, digital courses, or any offering by Brooke Wolfe, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, inability to attend, or changes in personal circumstances.

Voice Activation Academy Membership

The Voice Activation Academy is a recurring membership subscription billed at $55 USD per month.

  • Your subscription will auto-renew every 30 days until you cancel.

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • Due to the digital nature of this membership, no refunds or credits are issued under any circumstance (including partial months or unused time).

  • Access continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

  • The membership is community-based and includes digital content, practices, and discussion spaces.

  • You agree to uphold community integrity and confidentiality. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of materials may result in removal without refund.

  • All content, including videos, audios, PDFs, and practices, is the intellectual property of Brooke Wolfe and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

All private coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance at mutually agreed-upon times.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and counted toward your package.
No-shows are also considered forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

1:1 Coaching Program & Expiration

All 1:1 coaching is offered as a 3-month container, which includes 12, 60-minute private sessions total.
All sessions must be used within 3 months of your first session.
Unused sessions beyond this timeframe will not be refunded, credited, or transferred.

Online Course Access & Lifetime Definition

All online course purchases include lifetime access to the course content and materials unless otherwise stated.
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course itself—you will have access for as long as the course is hosted and maintained by Brooke Wolfe.
If a course is ever retired, you will receive at least 30 days’ notice and the opportunity to download relevant materials.

Includes:

  • Pre-recorded videos and audios

  • PDF guides, workbooks, and supplemental materials

  • Future content updates related to the purchased course

Note: Live calls, group coaching, or private support are not included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Client Responsibility & Participation

Clients are expected to be fully present, engaged, and responsible for their own progress.
Results will vary based on the client’s level of commitment and participation.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All sessions and materials are confidential and may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed.
All intellectual property—including frameworks, teachings, and practices—remains the sole property of Brooke Wolfe.
Reproduction, teaching, or resale without permission is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

Clients agree to maintain a respectful, grounded, and open environment in all sessions and communities.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

Disclaimer & Liability

All offerings are intended for personal growth, creative expression, and educational purposes.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
By participating, you release Brooke Wolfe from any liability related to emotional, physical, or personal outcomes.
